Why is Canada’s flag red and white and why does it have a leaf on it? Before Ottawa became the capital of Canada Queen Victoria came to Canada and she liked the colours of the leaves on the trees, “It’s so beautiful. Government should be here. Build the parliament here.”
When they designed the flag, first they put the red on each side and white in the middle and then the leaf in the center. They all agreed that the leaf was so beautiful for its red colour.
When the fall comes everyone is so happy because of the beautiful colours of the trees. A lot of people go there just to see the colours of these trees.
But now something very shocking today; let’s say the winter comes and it is full of snow. But now spring is approaching and through the snow a flower blooms even before the snow melts, it is there. But now the flag means what? The red leaf is in the center of all the white. It is like a flower blooming through the snow.
Now snow looks like everything is dead, white. But the snow is made of many beautiful snowflakes. When fall comes around we remember that things will start dying. This is why the Queen said, “Remember me when I die.” The red leaf on the flag is a reminder to us that fall is here but winter is approaching where things must die. The leaf is a beautiful deep and vibrant red but soon it will fall and die and be covered in white, like wise man with white hair.
Did you know that Ottawa and Montreal, they were separate in the beginning but when they formed Canada they became one. They became closer to each other. This is why the French people are very romantic and the English people are very formal, business like. But the maple trees are only found in the Quebec and Ottawa area. It feels like summer and fall, they become one. Even today the French and English are fighting.
In the past the French and the First Nations got along. They were friends, even to marry with each other and becoming a new race the Métis. But the English didn’t want that and they wanted to start wars amongst the people. They always wanted to win.
But now this war between the French, English and First Nations are still ongoing and both the French and First Nations want equality between all peoples of Canada. It is why now laws are being passed in Canada to have Canada’s language both English and French, even at the Olympics.
Equality must be not only be on street signs and events but lived in each heart. Otherwise there will be no peace between peoples. It is time for this nation, Canada, and the people who work in government to bring peace between the peoples.
Before anyone was ever living on this land of North America, even before the natives, remember the flood when God said, “One female and one male of each species. Only one of each together with Me. Now comes the flood. No one shall exist.” But something very fascinating that you will learn today. The water killed all these people but North America and South America were never flooded, only the other side of the world but not the whole side, only part of it.
They found in North America many fossils from Dinosaurs from millions of years ago. But now we know nothing of where humans come from. Where did we begin? We can’t say where we come from, if it was a female or male first. Why is this today that we know nothing of people? We know everything of Dinosaurs or bugs but nothing of us. Some people think we come from monkeys that we were like cavemen. But how come the monkeys of today don’t evolve into humans? How come you know everything from dinosaurs of millions of years ago but nothing of people?
The native people who came to this land before the Europeans, they were so in awe of the nature that they wanted to become one with it. That is why they would paint their faces and dress in animal clothing. The name ‘Canada’ comes from the word ‘Kanata’ meaning ‘village’. Even Manitoba comes from the word ‘Manitou’ (God) because the summer was so strong here the prairies were like gold. It looked like Manitou (God) made the earth gold.
My father said to me, “The astronauts are bringing yellow rocks from the moon back to earth.” I told him, “No. They are not yellow they are white.” My father said, “No, they said it was yellow. How would you know?” I told him that it was because of the sun that they were yellow and when they came back to earth they would see that they are actually white. My father was shocked because it was true.
It is the same as the prairies of the earth and the ground of the moon that God changed it into gold. When you fall in love with each other it looks like gold. Be a father and mother, and the children will become like gold.
Now something fascinating, when Jesus said, “Before you were existing I knew you.” What does this mean ‘before you were existing I knew’? When Jesus said, “I saw you praying before you came here.” Nathanial knew He was the Son of God because Nathanial was praying in his own place alone and saw the Spirit. So when Jesus had said this, Nathanial knew He sees everything and knew He was the Son of God.
Some people lie. They are so phony. They are ashamed. Remember the story of the brother who killed his younger brother and supposedly there were no people living at the time but he said, “I am scared because people will try to kill me.” It is already a lie. Why did he lie? He was scared somebody will kill him but he was by himself. This is why when the Spirit said, “You are hypocrites, you are. At least say you are weak and you want to change your life. You are ashamed of yourself.” When the Spirit said, “You will work to the sweat of your brow. You woman will labor in pain for your children. Now leave!”
God was existing forever. He never gets tired. He is in awe. “You are very sacred to Me. The more I look at you the more I fall in awe, beautiful angels.”
Today the Spirit talks to me every day and I am not lying at all. “Learn forever. You will be so in awe with Me you forget to sin, then recognize that love is normal. To be so in awe you become normal.”
When you learn from the Spirit you understand everything. No questions about anything. It is very important when Jesus said, “Go ahead of Me and prepare the supper. I will see you soon.” But already Jesus caught up to them before they got there and He said, “What were you all talking about?” “Oh nothing, we were just talking.” Jesus said, “Hypocrites all of you, too proud to say the truth. You were arguing as to who is the best.”
When Jesus talks to me He says, “Make sure you understand what I say.” That’s why when I talk to Him I say, “I don’t understand what you are saying.” But that’s why Jesus said to the apostles, “You don’t understand what I say, all of you. Then tell Me. Not one of you understands.” Because instead of asking Him to explain, they would talk amongst themselves and say, “What does He mean by that? You ask Him.” He would know they didn’t understand but He wanted them to learn to ask and be honest. This is why He spoke in parable so that they learn to ask what it means because He knew they didn’t understand but yet they were too proud to ask. “Ask and you shall receive, knock and the door will open.”
I know why you don’t understand anything. When I ask you if you understand you have too much pride to say you don’t. “Are you honest with Me? Hypocrite!” The apostles (as well as us) said, “I give my life to you God.” Jesus said, “It is very easy to say this but when the time comes for Me to be killed you will all say you don’t know Me because you are too scared.” He says now, “All of you, you say you give your life to Me but do you not deny Me when the time comes to love? Humble yourself. Don’t have pride. Learn to be honest.”
I was in Ottawa and a lot of the people there didn’t believe in me because they had ask me for the Spirit to give them the illumination of conscience and the Spirit said to them, “I will give but a taste of it, then you tell Me if you want more.” I told them that the miracle would happen in three days and it was the third day and nothing happen to them yet. Then they said to me, “You are a phony because no miracle happened.” So I went to talk to all of them together. And the Spirit asked them “Is there one of you who tells the truth? Tell Me, is there one among you who hasn’t cheated on his wife if only in thought?” All of them were quiet. Then the Spirit said, “You have already answered Me in your silence.” But they all were upset because of the truth. The truth is more powerful than to punch each other.
