"For Canada: An Open Letter To Pedro London"

Dear Mr. Poisson

I wish first of all to express my appreciation and gratitude for your having taken the trouble to respond to my previous letter addressed to you, as leader of the PPP Party of Canada.

Your comment about the changing laws is very interesting.   The whole set of laws is organic, in the sense that it must necessarily be modified and adapted so as to better fit the ongoing overall needs, as well as the prevailing circumstances and context of the moment. From this perspective, laws that had first been implemented as reasonable and appropriate, after a while and perhaps not too long afterwards cannot be retained any longer:  becoming obsolete and then discarded, with the passage of time, the advent of new ways of living and the dictates of the overall conjuncture.

The other point raised by you, had to do with the relation between people and governmentPertinent Electorate Participation Inc. focus pointedly on such a facet - as a primordial concern to the attainment of a truly prosperous and sustainable tomorrow, for a long succession of generations to come, continuously.  To note though, that, as a basic premise, it propounds that such a condition can only be achieved as soon as, and for as long as the destiny of the whole of the population under a particular jurisdiction is not by any means dependent on the whims or traits of any single person, or a group of selected persons whatsoever. Reciprocally, it is not a matter as to whether someone, or a junta, or a clique, being momentarily and contingently accorded the privilege to politically lead  - might enjoy the public respect and admiration, or sympathy and good-will: general welfare, dignity and confidence on oneself (as a single individual), can only be relished once one may trust, unconditionally and without hesitations - the power derived from a stable governing structure, the elimination of iniquities, the progressively steady  mitigation of suffering (inadvertently inflicted or inherited from the past),  and due attention  to the wholesomeness of the environment.   All of that by no means restricted to a small niche; well to the contrary, it must be kept clearly on one's mind that no one lives on a closely-isolated milieu.  Whether one wants/withes it or not, now more than ever: this is a whole, undivided planet.  Figments such as borders and social divisions of any sort are nothing but artificial conventions, externally imposed for sure.

Finally, love under whichever form one might define it - derives intrinsically from sheer respect, persistent thoughtfulness and altruism.

Keep well.

Pedro London
