Elections Canada:
Do the requirements of the third party election advertising provisions of the Canada Elections Act prohibit church officials from addressing members of their congregations respecting issues of importance to them?

No.  The provisions of the Canada Elections Act respecting election advertising do not apply to church officials who address members of their own congregations respecting issues of importance to them.  In addressing their own congregations, church officials are not transmitting election advertising to the public, even if the issue they address is otherwise an election issue.

It is time for people to learn to trust people and love them.  This is more important than all the words, whether you are a priest or of any religious affiliation, or not.  It is time to be honest and teach people to respect each other... whether French, English, Native, or any nationality.  Priests, rabbis, all religious leaders must know that it is time to talk and be balanced, teaching people to learn to be honest and to love ... not in a religious sense like it has been before.  Without love, you mean nothing.  I am not here in the name of this and that.  It is time to be honest and respectful and to vote for your country.  Respect men, women and children.  It is time to talk, teaching each other to be together with love and respect. 
            Many times, religious people have said, “I can’t do a thing in this area,” (whatever the situation might be.)  The time is now, to love each other and to love your country.  Love for the poor, love for the rich.  Today, it is important to recognize your country and learn to love and share everything.  Whatever it is you believe in – God or not – teach people to be honest and respect others, every day.  You speak in the name of God yet you are angry.  You say nothing about war.  There are no excuses.  If you love from your heart, only then will we believe that you love your country. 
            It is time to respect women and they will be happy because they will be loved.  Men, your dreams will become reality for your country.  All people must talk together.  Smile, respect each other.  Don’t look at women like they are whores.  Respect of women should be demanded of others.  I will do this.
            It is important today that all religions respect men and women.  If you believe in God, it  is time to do something today for your country.  Once you love from your heart others will recognize you and see how you love your country.  I wish that boys, girls, and mothers will not be afraid anymore.  I wish them to be secure and comfortable.  Until you do something for your country now, don’t say that you are doing something for God ...especially if you’re not.
            In Canada, many years ago, before we became a nation, the Indian people received teachings from the Spirit, from their hearts.  They believed.  There are no excuses now to wait for a better time, unless you want to lose.  Give your life for your country.  Teach others to learn to love each other.
            Some time ago, a priest said to me, “I wish God would come soon because we’re losing everything.” 
            Love is the most important thing.  We are to teach this, from the heart.
            It was fascinating last night to see how our visitors broke the record on our website.  People wish to dream and to see it become a reality ... not just to win for themselves.  Give your life for people that you love.  Then you will learn to love because it is truly from you.  Today, I give my life for all the people.  Even some who say, “I wish I was in Heaven now” ... now their dreams can become reality.  It doesn’t matter whether you are young or old.  It is important to dream and to realize that Heaven is with you where you are.  You will say one day ...it’s incredible!  But it’s so easy to love together.  You will have given your life for the people. 
            It is important today that many have given their lives for their country.  Many priests have given their lives because they believe in God.  But it is time to wake up!  You gave your life to teach people to love each other.  Only with love do you recognize that the elder is there with you always.
            When I was a little boy, I always believed.  A lot of others thought that I was very stupid.  They couldn’t see what I could see.  They would say, “It’s impossible!”  Even my father asked me, “Are you crazy?  It’s impossible Roger!”  And as a little boy, I said to myself, “Maybe it seems impossible for me, but to my elder, the impossible is normal.” 
            I remember one particular Mass one Sunday, when I was a little boy. I always believed that God existed.  I never saw, but I believed.  I remember once that the priest was gone and I used his key to get up and open the tabernacle.  I believed God was in there but when I looked in, I couldn’t see Him.  I thought He had gone shopping or something.  The priest was very angry.  That was not allowed!  You will have to quit the church!  You are surely with the devil!  He said all those things to me. 
            After that time, I saw many miraculous things, but few believed me.  I saw them, I listened and I believed.  The elder was closer to me than you think and still is there.  He teaches me all the time.  I remember that people said, “This boy is crazy.”  I said to my Dad, “You say that you believe in God and you call me stupid.  Do you believe or not?”  He said, “Get out of here!” 
            I remember my father and I were at a Duplessis rally where I heard, “Make sure women are kept pregnant.  Teach them nothing or you will lose them.”  All the people clapped. 
            “How come he says this, father?”  I asked. 
            My Dad said, “My son, it is important to learn this.”
            I said then and I still believe, that mothers and women are very important.  And yet, there are some priests who totally disrespect nuns.  It is time to respect all women ... there are no excuses.  Women believe in love.  Respect them.  Now, here, we must say, “I believe in women from the heart.  Don’t use them anymore!  Respect them!”
            Bishops, religious leaders, wake up from your sleep.  You talk and do nothing.  Respect women.  We exist because of women today.  They were there for us.  You need to love your country because women are there for you.
            Priests, it is time to talk out loud for your country.  Blue, red, green, or orange don’t matter.  Respect everyone in the name of God and respect your country.  July 1st is as important as Christmas because love in your heart will continue every day.
            I was shocked to see the broken record.  We all wish to be happy finally and dream the reality.  When you prove that you believe, one day the Spirit will make it easy for you because the elder loves you.

            God bless you.  Love is more important than the religiousness of people.  Love is all you need.
