The Difference Between Euphoria & A RadicalDecember 4, 2006 Greetings. A euphoria is a spoken of world that to the human, perhaps by laziness or lack of faith, is an impossible dream. Anyone undertaking such an endeavor as to make a euphoria be true is called a ‘radical’, a troublemaker - one that wants to disturb everything, who is condemned by others who don’t want changes to their own personal euphoria, riding on the back of others, in the disguise of creating work, ‘loving’ their nation but always having at their feet the lesser people, that are now disappearing into technology. A radical, I am! I am a true radical but do not confuse the words ‘terrorism’, ‘civil disobedience’ or ‘weaponry’ as forms of radical. If someone will use them, he or she will be a different kind of idiot who does not believe enough in what is seen possible …that they feel they have to force it on people, be it through democracy, communism, socialism, atheism or illuminati. What kind of radical am I? …One that has yet to surface, while within the political arena! …Silently, coming forward looking at the intelligence of the dreamers of personal radicalism who always find obstructions to their agenda, unless they have false promises - perhaps real as long as the people pay for them. The truth will set you free. People of Canada or anywhere in the world: never be stupid enough to go to confrontation in any measure of war or terrorism when you have an ideal that is good for all the people, including those who would perhaps be radical enough to do away with you. Because what we will bring to Canada is something that has never been seen, and certainly not something that has never been foreseen, because of limitations by selfishness and pride, greed and going so far as to calling the less fortunate: a people that deserve to be ruled by the ignorant, with a certificate. I’m looking forward to the public forums with these people. They could empty the libraries of parliament and congress if need be, should they need to find answers to the questions of patronage and mismanagement or simply ignorance, in order to justify your standing as honest people, sworn in. I must repeat ‘sworn in’ on oath, - to what? Most of them are voted out on the very Bible on which they were sworn in. How could they profess to be Christians or anything when they are truly betrayers? To be sworn in and to do what they do is a blasphemy against all faiths and the people of their nation. And I would like to know of one in Parliament that has never gone astray from that path that he or she is to take … because all that matters is the amount of chairs and how much they could dish out of people’s pockets to assure them of their position. I would like to congratulate the new Premier of Alberta - a farmer! What a blessing… one who knows what the farmer goes through. What I kind of liked at his short speech is that he was busy and he had to go home and rest to be with his family to fix a broken down furnace himself. A man like this, that has his family at heart, is good for the nation, unless he declines the opportunity. As for Stéphane Dion, as leader of the Liberal Party, I myself as leader of the PPP* am happy for you because I never wish wrong to anyone. What would they say about me when we make it to the Leadership of this nation? They say: “This man has no political experience” or they say that, “On your portfolio you have been a failure.” No one seems to have anything positive other than to say, “Let them try”. I raise my hat to you if you will do the same to the electorate. If not, I’d rather show my baldhead than to look like I’ve got a good cover in Ottawa. Take not leadership in vain, which means, being proud as Quebecers are, simply to the fact that perhaps one day you may be Prime Minister. It is time to pull off the suit and put on the work clothes and keep them on to bear witness of the work of your hands for your people. Betray not Canada as your party has done before by patronage issues and false billboards. I’m prepared to work along with you to make the whole of Canada the most beautiful place for everyone. If you opt specifically on one side because of your ethnicity, then you become a betrayer to the rest of Canada, including First Nation and me, as a French Canadian living in Winnipeg. We are not the ‘Western Party’, and any federal party should not be recognized by the direction of their head office. All federal parties must represent the federal government and work together to re-structure this nation and not be in Ottawa as a federal party to dismantle the processes of federalism and be permitted to do so, representing a province well within the Confederation. The Bloc Quebecois has made a strong point on Quebec, but the Bloc Quebecois leader, Gilles Duceppe has to be reminded that he has been sent to Ottawa to represent the federalists in Quebec as well as the few, perhaps the handful, of separatists. And if your ideology is strictly separation you are a betrayer of the federalists in Quebec, those who believe in one united nation, one that I recognize is far from perfect, that we have to lie to each other to make it believe to be united. When in Ottawa, and we will be, we will make this Canada be a nation and never will people with ideology of breaking down a family have the opportunity to do so with us because of the blueprint in the construction of a new nation that we will make with every Quebecer present, every Westerner, all First Nations, the Inuit and Immigrants – under the full dominion of nationalism. If you refuse to partake in building this nation, we will speak to Quebec ourselves and show them what we will do with Canada, where your seats in Ottawa are not to be moved to Quebec because they are federal seats and Quebec will stay by popular demand. And so will the West, the First Nation people, the Inuit and all people of Canada. Who is one to speak for one side of the people that he represents as a whole? Does Gilles Duceppe have any good to say about the federalists in Quebec – those who believe in Liberal or Conservative? He is are a one- track minded man and you cannot derail when you have two tracks. But you’re walking on a tightrope and you’ll need a very long pole to survive the downfall! And I will see to this because I am a Quebecer living in Manitoba (happily) for the last 35 years and you will have no powers over my decision to remain a proud Canadian, as a French Quebecer, not as a separatist that will beg the establishment for work with the ideal of separation with common currency and business dealing. I would like to remind Mr. Duceppe that most investments in Quebec are either American or Canadian and some French. Your proficiency in the English language would have to increase sufficiently if you want to do business out of your backyard. I invite Mr. Duceppe, Mr. Harper and Stéphane Dion to an open discussion on the issues of Quebec, openly. And with all the foreheads together, supposedly intelligent people, how could we be so good at destroying and so weak at building? Elijah Harper did us all a favour to stop us from being jammed in a constitution that even Queen Elizabeth refused to cause to be repatriated. I want the First Nation people at the table as well as the Inuit. We’re going to make a vote in Canada when we get out of this room, which will not be Meech Lake but a meeting place as the name “Kanata” means, and it should, once and for all. To the people of Quebec, stop accepting screamers of ideology with no purpose but to say, “I have a country”. Remember the Jews out of Egypt. They were happy to scream ‘freedom’ but that was the beginning of their nightmare because they had to rebuild with nothing and to be scattered throughout the world. Mr. Duceppe looks to me like a man who asks his bank manager to borrow money so he could start a new bank in competition with him. That’s his deal of separation: we keep the same money, we keep going but we’re a different nation. We’re going to keep the people and your dream of having made history on the back of the survival of the greatest nation, that everyone of you praised as the envy of Canada … the very night that you divided it. How ignorant and over my dead body … I will stand on guard for thee! Thank you for reading. Roger Poisson A proud Canadian from Quebec in Manitoba *PPP, People’s Political Power Party, is a federal party, that means ‘for all Canada’, not a Western party. I live here, this is my homeland, but all the dealing belongs in the House of Commons as one Party for the nation. We are, for Quebec, B.C., First Nation, Inuit, French and English and all faiths in the true definition. |
