New Policies For Housing Authorities of Canada Through A Federal Law Prohibiting the Expulsion of Any Tenants

Unless you could satisfy the authorities that they have been given time and help to relocate, especially in the wintertime.  And that any province, be it Family Services or Social Agencies, that would put people on the street with children, will be deemed criminally responsible and cut off from transfer payments from Ottawa for doing so.

We will make it a criminal offense to have people sleeping outside, winter or summer, for whatever reason be it that they are drug addict, alcoholics, especially mentally unfit, leading them to these traumas that every provincial and municipal government will have to provide adequate housing for everyone.

On the issues of natural resources: All natural resources of the land belong to every tax payer and that we will have a federal law prohibiting the cutting off of hydro, heat and water under any circumstance, other than emergency repairs, where as the law now makes it in some provinces that if they must cut off water, hydro or gas that they must re-locate the people where they must have these necessities which causes the taxpayer to pay another rent to house these people that have been evicted.  And all rental units will be responsible for including utilities within the rent.  And if a landlord fails to use the amounts for the utilities to pay for such, will be charged with criminal negligence of his tenants and of theft of money that he has received for such.  And all will be brought out at the Minister’s Conference at every level of government.  If we have such a big surplus and money for wars, we will guarantee security to our own people.

These are not just policies of the People's Political Power Party of Canada but they are already inserted into the criminal codes of Canada and the Civil codes at provincial level, municipal and federal. 

We ask the people to wake up!  We will make Canada our family and we will remove all excessive costs of bureaucracy and giving everyone in this nation that has been pushed to criminality, abuse of any form, into the roots of Residential Schools abuse where we will measure not the good that was done which was the purpose of doing anything, but we will measure the atrocities, the hatred, the neglect that has been complied to the point of reflecting in the human behaviour of criminals, mentally ill people, angry people, depressed people and people who just work to exist with no hopes of a better life.

People of Canada, if you think this is a joke, try me.  And if you don’t, then you are the big joke, letting yourselves being abused and then cry ‘abused’, where you volunteer to it by your silence.

We love you, my children.  We’re looking forward to get in there and get rid of the vermin that eats away at everyone’s potential for personal gain.
