Wheat is ground into flour and flour makes bread to feed us. We are the breadbasket of the world and we have enough bread to feed the whole world. This, in itself, is a beautiful understanding of our ability to give to the world. But it is also by being a bringer of peace, using the words and actions of peace that will allow us to share an even greater gift with Canada and the world.
The heart means that our heart is truly in what we say and do. It is not hard to imagine a world at peace because some nations are at peace right now. Canada is not at peace and currently has its young men and women at war overseas. This is not a good thing for the heart, for sure. We will ensure that the nation of Canada, at peace, will be stronger, happier, more successful, and a nation that others will be able to depend upon, to help lead them in peace.
