This will be very normal. We listen to people and recognize that it is better without taxes than with taxes. This dream that people have is powerful and realizable. Here is an example. A few years ago, in this city, the city decided that it was cheaper for them to have people cut their own grass on the boulevards. The government withdrew a service, but the people continued to pay the tax. So people were doing the work for free. This idea of doing things “for free” is behind the understanding of not paying taxes. People like giving money or services to help others. Recently, Canadians donated $1,000,000.00 for a sick child and were very proud of it. Even the Queen admires volunteers. She knows that they are worthy and congratulates them in ceremonies with medals. So, what can we do to get rid of taxes?
Before taxes were enforced, we existed, working as a country, without them, everywhere in Canada. Today, because of agreements, the Native people shop and live without taxes. They continue to function every day. Car dealers offer to sell us cars without taxes in order to get our business. Now people are demanding no taxes on anything rented, like equipment. But people would argue that taxes are necessary to provide services for the citizens. In the past, many years ago, when taxes were just beginning, the wise people of the day recognized they were not right, but they had to comply. We’ve read that there was a poor man who had no money. His friend told him that he had to find a way to pay his taxes, or he would be in trouble. When he found a coin inside a fish, he was told to take it and use it to pay his taxes. In answering those who questioned the taxes, a wise person gave the answer. He looked at the inscription on either side of the coin and said, “Give to the leader what belongs to the leader and give to the poor what they need.” He asked them, “Is this what you’re doing every day?” The people were unable to answer.
What is different today? Should we pay taxes or help out the poor? There is something sacred in the answer. When you realize that you recognize love, people will forget taxes because love is to share in order to become one together. When we respect each other so much, we will be together, sharing and become very healthy. The proof is here. Remember that the water was very high in Manitoba recently. It was so high that many were sure to lose everything. But people worked together and helped one another for free. They showed respect for each other by giving time and their life for others. Canada doesn’t put a tax on this. (The Queen loves this too.) Congratulations! Teach the world to do the same thing.
What we say is true. No taxes and no money. Soon, money won’t mean anything. Love is what will change the world. Congratulations on understanding this. It is closer than you think. Not religiously, but love is more important than to pray and do nothing. Love is sacred.
