How do you influence all the people who abuse alcohol and drugs to change if they don’t want to?

It’s easy to change this.  Any person can have a new reality.  There may be a woman with a baby.  Already she could feel in heaven because she has hope.  What she is rejecting could become hers.  A man on drugs or alcohol who made mistakes many years ago is not believed by people.  But when Canada is there to help him change - to go to school- he realizes that someone loves him from the heart.  There is then nothing to be afraid of.  What you pay for would become yours.  Right away, there would be no fighting anymore.  Why?  Because, everyone would be becoming balanced.  In the new environment, there will be no more making money off of people – no more gouging.  This would not be allowed.  For the children:  what they would work for would be theirs.  Children will learn to go to school and love.  Adults who had problems with drugs and alcohol could receive wages to go to school, from funds that were formerly used for welfare.  Welfare could be eliminated.  The wages earned from working can contribute to the ownership of an apartment.  Those who got a start in a business could become a part owner.  There would be incentives to finishing your education.  Upon graduation and obtaining a job, a house would be immediately available to purchase if the person showed he was a good worker, responsible, etc.  The cost of the house would be totally possible to pay for – no inflated rates.  This would not be allowed, by law.  What’s important here is the hopes, the dreams and the reality for the young.  All businesses (construction, etc.) would bloom.
