Will any social programs be instated to encourage family bonding?

Social programs will not be necessary.  Firstly, mothers and children must be respected.  How do we do this?  A woman can recognize respect.  When she experiences it for herself, she learns to demand this respect.  Many women are going to acknowledge the importance of respect, especially now.  Respectful relationships will occur, and others will see the examples and learn from them.  Respect will become part of the culture.

It sounds simple and it is simple.  All we need is a change of heart, together!
